The Firm has grown up considerably over time, from as few as five full-timers to currently 25 full-time consultants and lawyers, not mention to a broader affiliated professional and expert resource outside the Firm. All of them are well educated in their profession, have much experience and have proved their capabilities of in professional fields of investment and business sectors.

The Firm’s professionals provided clients with efficient legal advice and innovative solutions on their investment and business deals in Vietnam, including those related to establishment of enterprises, representative offices, branches, taxations, land lease and land use rights, construction permits, employments, customs procedures, import-export, etc.

Most of the Firm’s consultants and lawyers have at least 5 years of experiences in their practice areas whilst other four (4) senior consultants and lawyers have more than 16 years of experience on investment consultancy and advocacy services. They are persons who directly carried out the works and provided services to the firm’s clients – both foreign investors, foreign-invested enterprises, Vietnamese domestic companies in private and state sectors, international organizations and donors operating in Vietnam in different types of business and investment projects in Vietnam (projects of foreign direct investment – FDI, technical assistance – TA, official development assistance – ODA, and domestic direct investment – DDI).

The firm’s lawyers, counsels, consultants, practitioners and staffs always improve their skills and knowledge through on-job training as well as attending officially continued education on law and consultancy.
