New land price in Hanoi

On 29 December 2009, People's Committee of Hanoi city issued Decision 124/2009/QD-UBND stipulating new land prices in Hanoi city for 2010, effectively from 01 January 2010.

Accordingly, 81 million VND per square meter is the highest land price for the land (the first location) located at Le Thai To, Hang Dao and Hang Ngang Street. 1.8 million VND per square meter is the lowest land price for the land of inner urban city applicable to the fourth site of 72 streets through Duong Noi ward, Ha Dong district. Some wards of Ha Dong district, such as Nguyen Trai, Yet Kieu, Quang Trung and Van Quan ward have the highest agricultural land price which is 252,000 VND/m2 and the lowest agricultural land price is 30,000 VND/m2.
