Application for Registration of Mark

To file an application for registration of a mark in Lao PDR, the applicant please provides us with the following information and document:

• Full name and address of the applicant;
• 25 specimens of mark;
• List of goods, services to be covered by the mark;
• A certified copy of priority documents, if priority right is claimed under the Paris Convention;
• A notarized Power of Attorney executed by the applicant in favor of Bizconsult Co., Ltd.

Assignments

To assign a registration of a mark in Lao PDR, the applicant please provides us with the following documents:

• Two original Assignment Agreements signed by authorized representatives of the assignor and assignee. Signatures of authorized representatives must be attested by the public notary office in the country of either assignor or assignee;
• Original registration of mark;
• A notarized Power of Attorney executed by either assignee or assignor in favor of Bizconsult Co., Ltd.

Renewal

To renew a registration of a mark in Lao PDR, the applicant please provides us the following documents:

• Original registration of mark;
• 25 specimens of mark;
• A notarized Power of Attorney executed by the applicant in favor of Bizconsult Co., Ltd.
