• Degree in Law, especially Business Law. Candidates who have passed the lawyer training course and /or those who obtain degree ranked good or master degree are preferable;
• good moral and high professional spirit;
• good teamwork ability and interpersonal skills;
• ability to give consultation in Vietnamese and English (listening - speaking - reading - writing) fluently;
• good presentation skills,
• behavioral skills, good communication and problem resolving skills;
• 4-5 year working experience in a similar position;
• nimble and professional manners;
• proficient use of office equipment (computers, fax machines, scanners, printers ..) and common software including MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe;
• responsibility and ability to work under high pressure

Job description:

• to research regulations, statutory regulations and to draft consulting documents to Partners;
• to provide legal services for clients upon request;
• to participate in meeting with customers, partners and other tasks as per assigned;
• to write analysis regarding to legal framework for investment, economy, protection of intellectual property, etc. in Vietnam or in other countries which would be published on professional publications and abroad; and to write up the Legal Update of the Company;
• to fulfill other relevant tasks upon the Partners' request.
